The fluid isolation valves with their chemical resistance, compact size and high flow rates are suitable for many applications. On request other sealing materials like EPDM or FKM can be used. Other technical data like electrical connections or the operating pressure range can be adapted.

2/2 way Proportional Valve Type 68P with 15 mm width and two different electrical connection possibilities. The steady valve opening allows a continuous adjustment of the flow. This proportional behaviour between control input and flow follows the valves unique characteristic curve and can be regulated with appropriate sensors and electronics for high precision.

These precision pressure regulators can be used in various applications. They convince through their small size, high flow rates and high accuracy. Their modular design allows a cost optimized configuration. High reliability and maintenance free use are ensured for a long lifetime. The pressure setting is done by an adjusting screw. The pressure regulator versions with bleeder ports can be used for pressurized air or neutral gases. Due to their plastic housing these pressure regulators are light-weight and inexpensive. These pressure regulators are installed via flange connection on the bottom side. On request all pressure regulators can be adapted to different pressure levels or set to a specific output pressure. Seals can be changed from NBR to EPDM or Viton (FKM). Thereby it is easy to adapt the regulators to special media as oxygen (O2) or drinking water (H2O).

The mechanically actuated poppet valve Type 42 has exclusively been designed to be used in control units. Because of its hexagonal shape, it requires only a minimum of space.

Pneumatic timers are used for the precise time control of pneumatic signals in pneumatic circuits or systems. The pressure-independent function of time delay starts when pressure is applied to the control port. After the pre-selected time is elapsed, an internal 3/2 way valve is switched. The pneumatic timer is reset to the initial condition if the control port is vented for at least 300 ms. The adjustable time delay depends on the chosen version and amounts between 0.5 and 180 s. Due to its design the control pressure level must not be below working pressure level. As a result of the fire-risk evaluation according to EN 13463-1, the pneumatic timers are not subject to ATEX regulations. This means they may also be used in explosion hazardous areas as defined in IIG/ IID.
