Kenneth Ferguson and Partners is a small specialised practice of Chartered Quantity and Building Surveyors, providing preliminary cost advice, fundraising, cost control and building project coordination services for building works, particularly conservation of old historic protected buildings and their urban or landscape setting in the UK and Eastern Europe. The practice work with private individuals, communities, Local Municipalities, Central Government and businesses.Our work includes Churches, castles, towerhouses or peel towers, visitors centres, Universities, Cathedrals, hunting lodges and other estate buildings, private historic houses, watermills, tollbooths, etc. The practice works closely with schools and Colleges to interest young people in their built heritage and to include training in traditional building skills within any conservation project.The practice works with communities and is pleased to help with public consultation. There is no charge for preliminary advice.
