By rotating of the basket the components are washed with washing solution. The machine can be with or without insulation, sensors for level-and temperature controls, mud sump or oil separator. The mud sump is welded to the machine’s corpus. The washing solution flows from the tank into the mud sump and catches the gross dirt. The purified solution flows from the mud sump in the tank. The oil separator designed for separation of the oil from the washing solution. The oil is separated as a surface layer, which is collected in a special bath and discharged out of the chamber. The machine is designed for cleaning and degreasing of engine blocks, gearboxes, and other machine parts. The dimension of the engine block 2500x950x800 mm and load capacity max. 2500 kg. The parts are placed on a mobile table, which is positioned in front of the machine and via a mechanical actuator, the board of the table moves inside. The cleaning is carried out by three nozzle collectors – two fixed and one movable. The machine has a mud sump and oil separator. The mud sump catches gross dirt larger than 1.5 mm. The machine is designed for cleaning, degreasing, chemical treatment of the outer layer and blowing of small components. The parts are arranged in trays with dimensions 600x400x70-150 mm. Two washing zones – pre-washing zone and zone for main washing. After each washing zone there is zone for blowing. The pre-washing zone has an external band filter, which is with the possibility of processing a high volume of washing solution and captures particles of a size greater than 350 μm. The machine is designed for quick, easy and effective cleaning of KLT crates and forms in the automotive industry. The device consists of the main washing zone followed by a rinsing zone and one blowing-off unit. The water from the washing and rinsing tanks are continuously filtered via two oil skimmers – one for each tank. Refreshing the water in the main tank with hot rinse water reduces the water and energy consumption. The filling of detergent in the washing tank is automatic via a dosing pump. Both main and rinsing tanks are equipped with filters for capturing the metal particles with size up to 100 μm. The machine is equipped with two 2.2 kW fans for vapour exhausting. The collected vapour from the fans passes through two condensers where it has been liquefied and returned into the main tank. There are four fans x 3 kW for removing residual rinsing water from the crates. The crates transportation speed is adjusted via a frequency controller.
