The 92 Ex series sensors are used as diffuse reflection light scanners, through beam photoelectric sensors and retro-reflective sensors. They can efficiently detect objects within a distance range of 300 mm to 12 m. They are intrinsically safe and are capable of transmitting switching signals to the VS 403 isolated switching amplifier with the use of the NAMUR interface. It has a T6 temperature class for use in areas with explosive gas and 80°C for areas with explosive dust.
