MAG launched HEPA grade meltblown for the medical and personal protective filter material industry. By using the water electret technique, it provides higher efficiency and higher permeability. MAG HEPA can meet the standard for high efficiency filtration from H10-H14. Comparing with the general meltblown, HEPA grade has lower air resistance and higher performance. HEPA can effectively remove at least 99% of aerosols 0.3 micrometers (μm) in diameter, also prevent and remove the spread of dust, pollen, and PM 2.5. For quality control, MAG uses TSI-8130 to test each roll when producing. This automated filter tester is often used by international testing lab, such as Nelson Labs and TTRI.

The heart of mask, PP Melt-blown fabric is made by PP with molten resin which is squeezed into the high-speed hot air flow. In addition, through the electrostatic technology, static electricity is absorbed in the melt-blown non-woven fiber which can absorb viruses and bacteria that have penetrated through the surface layer.

Transformable Plastic Wire is made by purified polyethylene (PE). It is eco-friendly, recyclable and safe for use. The wire is 100% polymer made. Compare to metal blend wire, it is more stable and able to do proper recycle when processing. In addition, the wire is flat shaped, with high forming and processing ability. The filter tester used in testing was a TSI® CERTITEST® Model 8130 Automated Filter Tester that is capable of efficiency measurements of up to 99.999%. Testing was performed in compliance with US FDA good manufacturing practice (GMP) regulations 21 CFR Parts 210, 211 and 820. MAG HEPA has lower air resistance and higher performance. HEPA can effectively remove at least 99% of aerosols 0.3 micrometers (μm) in diameter.
