Spark erosion involves removing material from a conducting part and eroding it to give it the desired shapes and dimensions by means of electrical discharges. In the wire sparks erosion process an unwinding metal wire, under tension, is immersed in water or in another insulating liquid (dielectric) with the part to be worked. The current transmitted forms an electric arc which gives rise to precise, programmed degradation of a section of the part. The residues created by wearing of the part are removed by the water or dielectric liquid. Pneumatic strapping tool with vibration welding XQD 19 for polyester strap PET, compact, handy and easy to use. The high traction force (2770 N max) and the short supporting base enable its use in every industrial sector for the closure of flat and round packages (with a minimum diameter of mm. 500). The operator simply inserts the two overlapped strips into the strapping tool, press a button to make the tension, a second button to get the vibration welding, and at the end a third button to pull out the tensioning device effortlessly.

The operator wrap the product with the strap, put the two ends through the buckle and places into the strapping tool. The first end is locked with the brake while the second is placed under the cutter and inside the tension roller. Increasing the tension of the strap, the buckle keeps the tension. After reaching the desired tension the strap is cut automatically by the tensioning device.

The strapping machine with side head is recommended in all sectors in which, with traditional machines, processing residues such as grease, liquids, etc., cause operating problems. The SP92-E is suitable for products with minimum dimensions of 10x50x100 mm; uses strap with a width of 12 mm and a maximum thickness of 0.65 mm. Equipped with worktop with adjustable height and device for automatic shutdown, after 60 sec. of inactivity.
