We specialise in Land Registry Compliant Lease Plans, Title Plans, Floor Plans, HMO Plans, Hotel Plans, Architectural Surveys, Elevations, Area Measurement, CAD Drawing, Space Planning and Licensing/Fire Plans. All our plans are drawn in adherence to both HM Land Registry and RICS guidelines. We offer a comprehensive professional drawing service to all property professionals from high street estate agents, solicitors, commercial landlords, developers, architects, chartered surveyors, management companies, housing associations to local councils, independent shop-keepers, landlords and private individuals. We also offer a square footage calculation service, either for sizing, valuation or arbitration purposes. We provide architectural plan conversion and CAD drawing services where we can convert either paper or electronic architect and property plans to either Architectural Plans, Marketing Floor Plans or Land Registry Lease Plans & Title Plans. Although we have private individuals, shop keepers and private landlords as clients, Mlp specialise in large portfolios of property whether it is for sale, lease or for management purposes.
