ELKON twin shaft mixers, which successfully produce concrete for various projects all around the world, has been manufacturing in ELKON’s technological factories for long time. ELKON is capable of producing 500 twin shaft mixers per shift annually thanks to its fully automated robotic welding lines. Self-compacting concrete (SCC), concrete in slump class F2-F6, concrete precast, ready-mix concrete, concrete with very low w/c values and high high slump, prestressed concrete. Special superplasticizers for high exposed concrete quality, with good initial plasticizing action, slump retention and high early strength development at the same time.

High-performance superplasticizer for medium slump and high slump concrete with good slump retention for precast and ready-mix concrete. Very strong increase of workability and/or reduction of w/c-ratio; good slump etention; high early strength development.

Highly concentrated superplasticizer for high-quality precastand ready-mix concrete, prestressed concrete, high-strength concrete, self compacting concrete (SCC), high slump concrete with very low w/c-ratio. Very strong increase of workability and/or reduction of w/c-ratio, very high early - and final strength, excellent flowability also with high powder contents and use of silicafume.
