For aluminium components those are hardness, resistance to heat, wear, good anodization or painting and for plastic components hardness, resistance to heat, wear, some must not be greasy or must not be conductive or anti-static. With modern turning CNC machine we can offer quality production of big variety of details. All the sockets on the turret have milling functions: оne machine has two spindles and the other has a fourth Y axis. Тhe maximum diameter at work with bar-appearing deviceis ф60 mm. The maximum diameter of the work detail is 380 mm. The maximum length of the work detail – 700 mm.We also have CNC turning machines equipped with devices for the filing of rods with length 3000 mm hydro bar and maximum diameter ф42 mm. We also have a universal turning machines for producing of details with bigger capacity and smaller series.
