Based on proven coil anodizing technology from our B57S® product, B73A can be used for shelving, furniture, medical and domestic appliances and many other applications. The surface of Novelis B73A is industrially pre-treated and coil anodised in a continuous process. This ensures a consistent high quality and is therefore the most cost-effective solution for the customer. B73A offers customised solutions with different functional and decorative requirements for the electronic, domestic appliances and chemical industries*. Our delivery program offers a wide product range, including a variety of colours and standard coating thicknesses. More ductile than most lock-welt materials, shaping of this aluminum standing-seam roofing can be done easily to match any architectural application. A wide range of colors and finishes are also available, so designers can be as creative as they wish, knowing what’s on paper can become reality.

Novelis ff2 pre-painted aluminum with a 2 mm thickness is developed specially for building facade cladding in ventilated and non-ventilated construction. Coil-coated with high-quality PVdF paint, this pre-painted aluminum has a flawless, brilliant surface with a variety of plain, metallic and special colors available.

Novelis ff3 is pre-painted aluminum with a 3 mm thickness. This façade-cladding material gives architects and builders a wide range of sophisticated design possibilities. Thanks to the high mechanical strength of ff3, considerably wider spans compared with other alloys of the same material thickness are possible. This results in significant cost benefits when installing.

The material is available in a variety of colors that can work in a range of architectural applications. These colors last significantly longer than other competing materials, including concrete.

This treatment gives PROF2000 the same surface structure as post-painted extruded materials, so the two materials match seamlessly. It is commonly used for facade cladding, interior cladding for tunnels, as well as other industrial applications.

This is popular for exterior cladding and window-frame applications. In addition, excellent formability and color-fast coatings make it easy to work with and give it a long life with an appearance that does not fade over time.

SUPER GRONDAL® is used to manufacture gut­ters, pluvials and accessories. Thanks to its excep­tional resistance it would be a great choice also for fa9ades (ventilated and non-ventilated) and roofing. Differently from other materials, pre-painted alu­minium is totally recyclable and maintains its me­chanical and metallurgical properties over time. SUPER GRONDAL® has an excellent resistance to the weather agents and does not release any kind of polluting material.

Smooth or perforated, Novelis pre-painted products can be used for aluminum ceiling panels, grid ceilings, long panel cassettes, lamp grid elements, substructure partitions, aluminum decorative panels and support rails. The aluminum also can be combined with other materials to achieve excellent acoustic absorbance. With the modular production of aluminum ceiling tiles, if there’s ever any damage, only that area requires replacement, making maintenance simple and more cost-effective.
