There are endless possibilities when it comes to typeplates, both in terms of design and label material. ONE2ID can fully customise the labels in your preferred size and colour. We can design and produce create blank labels or (partially) pre-printed typeplates for you.

Labelling parts and products that undergo industrial processes, such as chemical pre-treatment or cleaning, powder coating, anodising and wet painting, is challenging, but not impossible. This requires a special type of label that not only has a strong adhesive, but also protects the information on the label. Our specialists have designed a label that can be applied prior to coating or chemical cleaning processes and remains securely in place during the treatment: the Paintmask label. A laminate attached to the Paintmask label protects the product information on the label. After the paint has cured or the cleaning or pre-treatment has been completed, you can simply remove the laminate and reveal the information on the label unaffected and ready to be scanned.

If you prefer to print and laminate your own typeplates, our PALLabel is the way to go. This Print and Laminate label is made of a polyester material. Its strong adhesive makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, including on rough surfaces such as painted steel and aluminium alloy. The protective laminate and broad temperature range make the Print and Laminate label a suitable choice for products, materials, machinery and property that require long-term identification. Thanks to its easy-to-use folding construction, you are able to apply a protective laminate to the label within seconds. This ensures that the information on the label is protected for a long time, so you don't have to worry about the readability and scannability of your labels for years to come.

If you have experienced working in a cold storage or refrigerated warehouse, you know that labels made from standard label materials do not stick to the shelves for long. Oftentimes, the adhesive freezes before you’ve even had time to apply the label, rendering the labels useless. ONE2ID has a range of materials, especially suited to these challenging conditions, so you can be assured of long-term legibility of your freezer labels.

Industrial processes place high demands on the type of labels used for identification.
