Labelling parts and products that undergo industrial processes, such as chemical pre-treatment or cleaning, powder coating, anodising and wet painting, is challenging, but not impossible. This requires a special type of label that not only has a strong adhesive, but also protects the information on the label. Our specialists have designed a label that can be applied prior to coating or chemical cleaning processes and remains securely in place during the treatment: the Paintmask label. A laminate attached to the Paintmask label protects the product information on the label. After the paint has cured or the cleaning or pre-treatment has been completed, you can simply remove the laminate and reveal the information on the label unaffected and ready to be scanned.

If you prefer to print and laminate your own typeplates, our PALLabel is the way to go. This Print and Laminate label is made of a polyester material. Its strong adhesive makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, including on rough surfaces such as painted steel and aluminium alloy. The protective laminate and broad temperature range make the Print and Laminate label a suitable choice for products, materials, machinery and property that require long-term identification. Thanks to its easy-to-use folding construction, you are able to apply a protective laminate to the label within seconds. This ensures that the information on the label is protected for a long time, so you don't have to worry about the readability and scannability of your labels for years to come.

If you have experienced working in a cold storage or refrigerated warehouse, you know that labels made from standard label materials do not stick to the shelves for long. Oftentimes, the adhesive freezes before you’ve even had time to apply the label, rendering the labels useless. ONE2ID has a range of materials, especially suited to these challenging conditions, so you can be assured of long-term legibility of your freezer labels.

Industrial processes place high demands on the type of labels used for identification. These include processes such as painting, powder coating, wet painting, soldering, chemical pre-treatment, KTL painting processes, autoclave processes (sterilisation) and printed circuit board (PCB) production. During these processes, barcode labels are often exposed to extremely high temperatures or aggressive industrial cleaning agents, which a simple paper label cannot withstand. ONE2ID has a wide range of heat-resistant materials that can be used up to very high temperatures.

Labels used outdoors for an extended period of time, when used on for example containers, big bags or pallet and cantilever racks, must be able to withstand extreme conditions. ONE2ID manufactures weatherproof and water-resistant labels, suitable for use on a variety of surfaces such as metal, wood, stone and plastic, which can stand the test of time as well as erratic weather conditions. When using the right label labels you can count on long-term legibility of your location or barcode information.

Security labels are an effective solution to protect your products from counterfeiting and unauthorised use or to prove that the products were actually manufactured by your company. This type of label also can be used for quick internal tracking & tracing, for example within the electronics or electrical industry. Tamper proof label materials can also be used for inspection stickers (such as NEN 3140 and NEN-EN 50110) that need to be replaced annually or for seal stickers. ONE2ID can customise your security labels to your specifications, including for instance your company logo.

Barcode labels that enhance scanner operation can improve the efficiency of your work processes. With our retro-reflective labels, you can scan up to 4x faster at longer distances – up to 20 metres – and from any angle. A retro-reflective label can also be used in relatively dark environments as it can be scanned faster under the glare of, for example, a torch as opposed to a conventional, non-reflective label. At ONE2ID, we design retro-reflective labels for various applications such as long-distance scanning of bulk location signs in warehouses, for order picking when using fingerprint scanners, and for applications within the electronics, electronics, food or automotive industries.

A combination of several factors determines the success of order picking in your warehouse: the layout of the bin (picking) locations, the ideal routing and picking sequence, proper inventory management with the help of a warehouse management system (WMS), high-quality tools such as scanners and voice-picking headsets, and last but not least, the right labels. The design you select for your shelf and bin labels plays an important part in the daily order picking operations. Equally as important is your choice of label material. In addition, your work environment is a deciding factor, as are the application and the desired durability. What is the average temperature in your warehouse? Are your picking locations static or dynamic? Do your order pickers use long-range scanners? We can help you answer these and other questions to determine the type of label material you need for your shelf and bin labels.
