There are currently 14 injection molding machines with clamping forces from 60 to 250 tons in our production plant. The maximum weight is about 600 grams. We process both bulk and construction materials. We process materials such as: - PP, - PE, - PVC, - PA6 (also modified varieties - e.g. modified with glass fiber up to 40%), - PA6.6, - POM, - PBT, - Thermoplastic elasotmers, - SAN, - PS, - PC, - PMMA.

In the semi-finished product segment, we produce sinterpressed plastic sheets in various standard sizes, also for direct sale of sheet materials. We use both high-molecular-weight polyethylene (PE500) and ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (PE1000) as materials. Our high quality standards are reflected in the selection of raw materials and raw material suppliers as well as in a professional quality control. Depending on the application, we offer virgin and regenerated qualities. With the help of a modern machine park, we achieve the production of various press formats. You can find an overview of our standard formats below. A large part of our directly sold sheet materials leaves our plant cut-to-size.

Cutting boards and work plates are supplied both for the industry and for other applications. They comply with the legal requirements for hygienic and physiologically harmless working conditions in the food processing industry, whereby both the approval according to the FDA and the EU Regulation 10/2011 can be attested. Cutting boards are available in various formats and thicknesses and equipped with non-slip rubber feet, juice channel, recessed grip or even a groove for all table systems. Fields of application include cutting table supports, chopping blocks, carving plates, counter boards or insert plates for vacuum packaging machines.

The Custom handle rubber pad part is made by material NBR in Taiwan which base on customer’s requirement and meet the ISO certification.
