Our business was founded in 1992 by Alessandro Dal Santo, a pastry chef since 1979. It is a traditional pastry laboratory, using cold as a natural preservative. Wide choice of tarts, creamy pies, cream cakes, iced desserts, individual portions and special cakes for all sorts of events (birthdays, christenings, communions, confirmations and weddings).
