Struto is a nationally unique and highly advanced technology of producing nonwovens, in which the fibers in the fleece are oriented in the vertical plane of the product. The search for new technological solutions is primarily the result of the growing demand for filling and thermal insulation materials due to the widespread use of the product in the final product, e.g. a mattress. The spatial, porous structure created as a result of the Struto technology is characterized by greater elasticity (quick return to the initial thickness of nonwovens subjected to loading), resistance to compression and deformation compared to commonly used polyurethane foams or standard nonwovens serving mainly as filling or thermal insulation materials.

Non-woven fabric for the production of mattresses is used to protect the springs. It prevents the mattress from deforming, it is soft and allows for ergonomic positioning of the figure while resting or sleeping. For the same reasons, non-woven fabric is used in the production of upholstered furniture, in which it also contributes to the comfort of use.

The non-woven fabric for footwear production is characterized by technical properties, thanks to which its use in various forms in footwear allows for comfortable wearing. We offer a non-woven fabric, which is made in processes that give it durability and elasticity. We adjust the basis weight and size of the product to individual customer requirements.

Non-woven fabric for upholstered furniture is available in various sizes, tailored to the individual needs of our customers. Used between the foam and springs, it is a base layer, securing the spring systems, and also as a protection of sharp furniture edges. Non-woven fabric for the production of upholstered furniture is made of synthetic fibers of high stiffness and strength. Thanks to this, the processed material does not deform and at the same time ensures comfort during use.

Needled non-woven fabric is widely used in construction. Thanks to its resistance to weather conditions and thermal insulation properties, it is a durable material that offers many possibilities. We offer needled nonwoven fabric prepared for the construction industry from high-quality synthetic materials - polyester and polypropylene. We are open to suggestions from our customers - we will adapt the product to individual requirements.

Polyurethane foam chip is used in the production of toys, upholstery furniture and advertising items. Its undoubted advantage is lightness and flexibility, which affect the comfort of use of products made of it. In addition, it can be mixed with other types of fillings, which will give the product the desired characteristics.
