The usual Chondroitin you used was 80 mesh. However, 80 mesh powder is not good at flowability and too tiny for the tableting and encapsulation, you have to use the carrier to make it DC, which is troublesome and costly. Most important of all, in USP 38 and latest version, the “limit of nonspecific disaccharides” must be NMT 10.0%, which is the difference between CPC titration assay and Enzyme-HPLC assay by USP.
