GMY Master Polymer In the polymer industry, we produce masterbatch at rates ranging from 20% to 60% based on customer demand. The substance that is used to produce black masterbatch, which has a structure known as paracrystalline or semi-crystalline, where carbon cannot fully crystallize, is referred to as carbon black. It is obtained in the form of soot through the incomplete combustion of various materials, ranging from heavy petroleum products to agricultural oils. Carbon black is utilized in several industries. For instance, food manufacturers use carbon black (E152) extracted from agricultural sources as a coloring additive. PETG has high transparency and good adhesion for printing, could be used for makeup bottles, containers, package film and etc. Mixed Polymers can also be extruded into sheet or films, made into plastic products by injection molding, or processed into Christmas tree leaves. Mixed Polymers can be mixed with virgin material, such as ABS, PP, PS and PMMA to extrude or inject plastic products.
