Description

To obtain Potato Protein, potatoes are cleaned, steamed, and peeled. The starch is then extracted with water, resulting in a protein-rich slurry that is treated with acid, dried, and processed into a fine powder. The raw material for this process is starch potatoes of Polish origin. Potato Protein is highly digestible, with a digestibility rate of around 85%, and has a high nutritional value with a beneficial profile of amino acids, including Lysine and Methionine. Potato Protein can be hypoallergenic, depending on the starch extraction method used. It should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated environment and has a shelf life of 18 months.
