The design with bearing block and free shaft end allows universal use of all types of drives. The progressing cavity pump is particularly suitable for shear-sensitive, low to highly viscous, lubricating, non-lubricating, solid-loaden, solids-free, thixotropic, dilatant, abrasive or adhesive media. The hygienic design of the components and machines, as well as the cleanability of the system parts (CIP and SIP capable) are defined in a multitude of regulations. NEMO® pumps are designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and EU-VO 1935/2004 (EU regulation on food contact materials). Furthermore, NEMO® hygienic and aseptic progressive cavity pumps comply with the regulations of the 3-A Sanitary Standard of the USA and are GOST-R (certificate of conformity for Russia).
Thanks to its pump housing with a large, rectangular feed hopper and removable, conically shaped stuffing chamber, as well as a coupling rod with a patented, position-optimized conveying screw, the progressing cavity pump guarantees optimal product feed into the conveying elements regardless of pressure and viscosity. The position-optimized tangential inlet on the hopper housing facilitates maximum mixing of the substrates. The B.Max is particularly suitable for continuous and low-pulsation conveying of fermented renewable raw materials, liquid manure, process water, ground biowaste, food waste, pre-processed slaughterhouse waste, concentrated substrates, thickened substrate and slop.
The NEMO® C.Pro dosing pump is a fully synthetic pump for precise dosing as well as gentle and low-pulsation conveying of a wide variety of chemicals in the fields of environmental technology and the chemical industry. The compact synthetic pump ensures continuous conveyance that is independent of pressure and viscosity fluctuations. In addition, it enables dosing accuracy proportional to speed over the entire speed range. Its wide range of applications includes both solids-free and solids-containing, low to medium viscosity (up to 20,000 mPas), thixotropic, dilatant, shear-sensitive, abrasive, lubricating, non-lubricating, aggressive (pH 0-14) and adhesive media. With only six main parts, the NEMO® C.Pro is furthermore extremely service-friendly and economical.
SY progressing cavity pumps are used in demanding applications for continuous, pressure-stable, gentle and low-pulsation conveyance as well as dosing in proportion to speed in nearly every branch of industry worldwide. The progressing cavity pump convinces through an extremely broad spectrum of applications. Preferably, thin to viscous, solids-containing, shear-sensitive, lubricating and non-lubricating, thixotropic and dilatant as well as abrasive or adhesive media are conveyed. The pump is ideally suited for high-pressure applications. Four different rotor/stator geometries are available, enabling the pump to be customized perfectly to your application case. Furthermore in bearing block design and with a free shaft end, the pump can be driven by all types of drives, such as servo motors, diesel engines or hydraulic drives.
