We offer a personalised rotational moulding service and can produce unique products tailored to your business needs. Rotational moulding involves adding plastic powder to a mould, rotating it at high temperature, cooling it down and removing it from the mould. There’s usually some hand finishing too. But to us it’s more than this. We often get involved in the process of refining the design and some of our products are very complex with metal components moulded in. We take the time to understand what makes our customers tick and what you need from us. For some customers this means very tight control over the technical spec, perfect tooling and rigorous processes. For others it’s a simple moulding on a pallet, delivered on time. It could be a complex end product with many components including engineered and moulded parts. Don’t even want to see the product? We will ship it directly to your customers.
