We can work with almost any concrete formulation you request. In addition to the formulations based on the DIN/EN standard, we produce customized formulations for you. Our own mold construction department helps us to be flexible in producing sizes and formats according to your specifications. Upon your request, concrete test specimens can be subjected to customized aftertreatment by grinding, saw-cutting or sandblasting.

In any way, shape or form – our diverse selection of tiles offers the right tile for every taste. You only have to choose the desired size and tile type. Our stock of test tiles also includes stoneware and porcelain stoneware for adhesive testing, for instance pursuant to EN 1324 or EN 12004. You are free to specify the dimensions of our fiber cement test specimens.

You can also choose from a large portfolio of customizing options for glass as basic material. A wide range of different dimensions and glass grades are available to you. All glass test specimens are offered in various edge qualities. Be it with polished edge, deburred, planed or with non-machined cutting edge: we are guided by your requirements. Our experts manufacture various wood specimens from common wood grades. During production, we attach great importance to using wood that is free of cracks and knots. We also pay attention to the annual ring position of the wood when selecting the material. Do you wish to order further processing by grinding or drilling? Then this is the right place.

We produce blanks from plastic in line with your specifications. Upon your request, we also process pellets specified and also provided by you in our injection molding department. We keep a wide range of common plastic grades in stock, which we process into test specimens of various sizes according to your specifications. On request we also procure special materials and process these in line with your specific requirements. All materials have been certified according to the relevant aerospace standards. Upon request, we will provide you with an authoritative certificate, including an acceptance test certificate (WAZ – CoC), positive material identification (PMI) and a production-related test report. Do your requirements include additional pre-treatment such as various anodizing processes (TSA or CAA) or electroplating, for instance cadmium or silver plating?
