Traporol gravity rollers have been designed for fast, careful, safe and efficient conveying of all kinds of goods in non-driven conveyor systems. Depending on the requirements and the task, the rollers are produced in various types – from steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel or aluminum. For each roller type various coatings are also available.

TRAPOROL's all-side rollers are suitable for transporting light goods in all directions and allow rotation through 360 degrees. The Senergy® motor-driven roller is a genuine innovation. It is the first roller with a brushless 24V motor to be fitted with a standard four-pin M8 connector. A patent is now pending on this new technology. It is the digital encoding of the hall-effect signals in the motor that enables signal transmission to the external commutation electronics. The motor temperature is encoded and analysed in a similar way. This reliably protects the motor from overheating by effecting downward regulation as soon as a critical temperature is measured. TRAPOROL’s particularly versatile roller rails with their narrow dimensions are ideally suited to the intralogistic conveying of light, flat-lying goods such as cartons and storage containers. The pal­let roller edge is the most eco­nom­i­cal solu­tion for cross pal­let trans­port. It is main­ly used for flow racks and flow stor­age. The sup­port­ing pro­file is made of steel with high flex­ing and tor­sion­al strength. Hole lines (two) in the bot­tom of the pro­file are des­ig­nat­ed to fix the edge on a sup­port­ing con­struc­tion. ROS ’s roller edges can be used in particular for safe movement of boxes and cartons in flow racks. The rolls are made of high qual­i­ty ther­mo­plas­tics (Polypropy­lene), impact resis­tant and break-proof. The mate­r­i­al is acid and base resis­tant and does not absorb humid­i­ty. The rolls can be eas­i­ly exchanged. The roller edge with steel axle is designed for easy trav­el­ing and low noise mate­r­i­al flow. This edge is a sol­id, vari­able and eco­nom­ic solu­tion for dif­fer­ent logis­tic ranges of application.
