Monta receives returns from various distributors on a daily basis. Returns are processed by us within 48 hours of receipt. This is how we process returns from your webshop: The package is accepted; If the original packing slip is included, this is scanned; If not, the address details are used to identify the original order; The goods are unpacked, inspected and entered; Follow-up action is carried out according to a pre-arranged protocol. There are additional options for processing returns: A photo can be taken of each return (this photo will then be available on the Monta portal). An email can be sent to the end user informing them that the returns have been received. This message can be customised, if required. For example, the customer can be notified that the returns have been approved and that payment or the new product will be paid or shipped the same day. Our return logistics ensure that end users are kept fully informed, something that will generate more positive reviews.
