System press fittings from copper for copper pipes according to EN 1057 for drinking water and heating installations. SANHA®-Press copper system fittings are well-known for outstanding quality, easy to work with and offer the right solution for a wide range of applications.

System press fittings from copper and copper alloys for copper pipes according to EN 1057 for flammable gases and interior gas piping with yellow sealing rings made from HNBR (hydrated nitrile butadiene rubber). SANHA®-Press Gas system fittings are tested according to BS EN 8537 and certified or approved by all relevant national and international certification bodies. Our system fittings are labelled with a yellow „PN 5 - GT/PN 1“ on the outside.

The SANHA series 4000 and 5000 „SA“ consist of solder and transition fittings for copper pipes according to EN 1057 and EN 13348 for hard and soft soldering. All products are certified according to many national and international certification bodies. SANHA capillary solder fittings are manufactured from copper (Cu-DHP, CW024A  for moulded parts) and copper alloys CC499K (threaded parts, cast parts) and fulfill all requirements of BS EN 1254.

The SANHA®-Heat cross tees and distributors on one or two levels provide an optimal solution for both  new construction as well as for the housing stock. Tees and distributors can be installed within the heat and footfall insulation in a way that saves time, money, and space. For a particularly easy and time-saving connection of radiators SANHA also offers a nickel-plated CU-VN-block including insulated box available.

The SANHA®-Therm installation system consists of tried and trusted SANHA®-Therm press fittings from carbon steel (c-steel) with a black sealing ring from EPDM (ethylene propylene dien rubber monomere) and SANHA®-Therm carbon steel pipes according to EN 10305-3. The carefully manufactured installation systen and its components offer an economically attractive solution for closed heating installations. At the same time, SANHA®-Therm ist especially well suited for pressurised air and fire extinguishing systems according to EN 10346 (DZ version). The variant "Contiflo" also offers galvanized system pipes which are characterized by being easy to bend. Our C-steel system is furthermore available as a LABS*-free version (series 27000).

The SANHA®-Therm Industry installation system consists of tried and trusted SANHA®-Therm Industry system press fittings with a red moulded FKM (fluoro and perfluoro elastomer) sealing ring for high temperature applications and SANHA®-Therm carbon steel system pipes.

SANHA stainless steel heating circuit distributors are suitable for all hot water heating systems in accordance with EN 12828, and for panel heating / cooling systems in accordance with EN 1264, and can therefore be used not only in residential buildings, but also in industrial, commercial and public buildings.

In air conditioning and refrigeration technology, particularly in commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, environmentally friendly solutions are becoming more and more important. Optimum results are been obtained by an increase in efficiency and the use of ecologically safe refrigerants such as CO2 (R744), which are mainly used in the transcritical part with higher operating pressures. However, the use of CO2 leads to higher operating pressures potentially up to 130 bar. SANHA Ref HP fittings are specifically designed for such operating pressures. They are ideally suited for pipes in refrigeration systems with a maximum operating pressure of up to 130 bar (other pressures on request), a minimum temperature of -196 ° C and a maximum temperature of 150 °C for fluids in Group 2 according to European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED 97 / 23 / EC).

Practical system push fittings with safe and innovative lock function from copper alloys for use in a system with SANHA MultiFit®-Flex and MultiFit®-PEX multi layer plastic tubes for hygienic drinking water and reliable heating installations.  Due to their sophisticated construction, SANHA system push fittings offer an especially safe and durable connection and are just as tight as press fittings. The push connection is easy to make and has the distinct advantage that no tools are required. In this way, using 3fit®-Push fittings incurs no cost for buying, repairing or maintenance of press machines. 3fit®-Push system fittings are ideally suited in narrow spaces where it might be difficult to press fittings with jaws or slings such as during the renovation of buildings.
