The company SOLARCO Machinery exists since 1990 and specializes in production of boxmaker machines designed for short and middle run. We offer automatic and semiautomatic boxmakers for production of slotted boxes and fixations made of single, double or triple wall cardboard. The machines have modular design, so some models may support an automatic loading and unloading system and allow to add one or more die-cuting sections and smart flexo printing unit. Our machines are marked with the European CE certificate. We provide service and operator training with every boxmaker. Currently, we are offering boxmaker machines from ranges: BOXMATIC 18&23&25, BOXMATIC Manual 18&23&25, ECOMATIC 18&23&28 and EASYMATIC 18&23.

It can also simply cut and crease a cardboard both crosswise and lengthwise. The production of basic slotted boards (especially series FEFCO 02xx, FEFCO, 03xx etc…) is possible from single-wall, double-wall and tri-wall corrugated boards.

Small to medium-sized boxes combined with optimisatised space. Excellent price-to-efficiency ratio. The JuniorTray is used for small and medium-size trays out of 1 blank. The JuniorTray offers the same technical possibilities as our biggest machines. Considering the available format range and options, such as stacking bars and folding, it is one of the most compact machines for this range of formats in the marketplace. JuniorTray offers proven technology and the same process as its large brothers, but for a lower price and with equally good performance. The JuniorTray is suitable for small and medium-size cardboard boxes, with potential folds and stacking supports, up to the blank dimensions of 1100 x 1100 mm.

The BabyTray is a compact addition to the well known larger TrayFormer and BlissFormer. The only small thing about the BabyTray is its required space. Not small is the BabyTray’s possible box speed. The BabyTray is used for trays out of 1 blank. Due to its small footprint the BabyTray is most probably one of the smallest tray erectors available in the world. Beside its size the BabyTray uses a lot of the well known technologies used for decades and the same processes in the large TrayFormers, but is cheaper and yet extremely efficient. The BabyTray can be used for simpler cardboard designs without folds and stapling bars up to a blank size of 800x800 mm.
