Our WBP shuttering plywood is designed to be highly resistant to water and moisture, using either phenolic or T1 melamine resin. This makes it highly resistant to water, preventing it from delaminating or warping when exposed to moisture. It is suitable for a variety of applications where exposure to moisture is a concern, including construction, outdoor use, and marine applications. We produce using Radiata Pine for its relatively straight grain, making it easy to cut, shape, and work with. This can save time and labor during formwork installation. While not as strong as hardwoods, radiata pine still possesses adequate strength and durability for most formwork applications. It can withstand the pressure of poured concrete without deforming or breaking. We are also able to produce the shuttering plywood using eucalyptus for higher density and better workload. We have our sawmills producing timber strips and had utalised part of the waste in the production of our finger-joints. Finger-jointed timber surpasses solid timber of the same species due to its sustainable sourcing. By utilizing smaller pieces and offcuts, it conserves mature trees and reduces waste. Its engineered structure enhances stability, strength, and durability, minimizing warping and breakage. Moreover, finger-jointed timber offers superior versatility in design and application, allowing for innovative architectural solutions. We are working hard to expand our Timber Division and is looking for our very own forest concessions in Pahang, Malaysia. We are able to supply tropical hardwood timber strips or finger-jointed. Some of the species available are Balau, Kempas, Keruing, Kapur, Mengkulang, Meranti (Dark Red, Red and Yellow), Merbau, Nyatoh, Tualang and timber of other tropical hardwood species. Malaysia's hardwood timber strips are prized for their exceptional qualities. With diverse species offering unique colors and grain patterns, these woods cater to various aesthetic and functional needs. Renowned for durability, they resist decay and insects due to dense grain and natural oils, making them ideal for constructions, furniture, and outdoor applications.

Our Marine Plywood is specifically designed for use in marine and water-based applications, such as boat building, dock construction, and other projects where the plywood will be consistently exposed to water. It is also used in environments where the plywood may be subject to extended periods of moisture. Those that do not require such high quality plywood, we are also producing WBP plywood with is suitable for a wide range of applications, including construction, outdoor furniture, cabinets, and more. While it provides good water resistance, it may not be as suitable as marine plywood for prolonged exposure to water.
