SPROUTED FLAXSEED

we carefully sprout the flaxseed for x amount of hours in large tubs. The sprouted seed then goes through a flash heat treatment process before been placed in large drying barns to bring the moisture content down to a stable 12%.Finished product can be either bagged of or sent for cold milling.
