BIEGLO is the official distributor of Saint Gobain Performance Plastics for the Meldin 7000, Polyimide rod. In line with different requirements of the Industrial market, the Meldin product family can provide high temperature resistance, wide chemical resistance, good mechanical properties also at elevated temperatures and low wear, long lifetime. Polyimide rod can be used in temperatures up to 350°C continuously and it has various applications in the automotive, aerospace and electronic industries. Polyimide rods have a standard length of 965mm. The diameters of the solid bars are distributed from 6.3mm to 82.5mm.

PEEK is the ideal replacement for metal and other plastics due to its high temperature resistance of up to 240°C , excellent chemical and wear resistance. The Dexnyl PEEK rods of BIEGLO offer resistance to elevated temperatures, radiation and chemicals. Their dimensional stability and mechanical strength are second to none. Our PEEK has an excellent hydrolysis and electrical insulation. BIEGLO offers natural, colored and tribological modified PEEK with superior sliding properties and abrasion resistance. We offer a wide range of PEEK rods diameter starting at 6mm to 100mm. Our PEEK rods are also available made of compounded PEEK.

BIEGLO offers PAI rods from different PAI types, Torlon® 4203; 4301; 4275; 4435; 4645; 5030 (30% GF); 7130 (30% CF), where each type is best suitable for a specific application. The unique performance of polyamide-imide (PAI) is the result of being transformed from a thermoplastic to a cross-linked thermoset during an extended curing process. Our PAI is processed by experienced engineers and offeres the best possible values a PAI product can have and it is suitable for many applications as gears, rollers, plasma chamber hardware and wafer contact fixtures.
