TEXTALU® E is a thin wall glass fibre braid made of glass fibres with heat-reflecting aluminium coating. Its reflecting surface guarantees that the protective sleeve made of this high-performance material maintains a nearly constant interior temperature even under strongly fluctuating ambient temperatures. This non-ductile braid sleeve is ideal for protecting lines, cables and cable sets against radiation heat.

Bentley-Harris® Textalu 1202 is an insulative fiberglass sleeving with a heavy aluminum coating designed to protect components in high temperature areas. It provides superior insulation to components that must maintain stable temperatures to assure performance efficiency. Textalu 1202 is used on wire harnesses, sensor control wiring and cable assemblies in close proximity to engines and exhaust systems. Due to its elastic structure, Textalu 1202 conforms well to the variable profiles of the components it protects. Its braided construction allows good flexibility in temperatures as low as -50°C. The infra-red emissivity rating of Textalu 1202 heavy aluminum coating, combined with its fiberglass braid, ensures temperature stability inside the Textalu sleeving despite frequent external temperature fluctuations due to radiant heat.

MSKVS-3,0-M8x1-SW10 The compression-type fittings are the link between the thermocouple and the test area and facilitate precise adaptation. After installing the compression-type fitting, the thermocouple can be inserted and clamped in with the desired installation length. That makes it possible to perform individual measurements with self-defined installation lengths directly onsite.

This thermocouple extension can be used for any thermocouple with type “K” mini plugs. Selecting these high-grade components achieves long service lives.

This mounting adapter from Therma was developed to match the friction thermocouple MST-20347. Mounting helps conduct the friction sensor securely and with uniform pressure on the brake disc, facilitating the most precise measurement results. The mounting adapter for MST-20347 is M12x1 and becomes delivered with locknut.

As mechanical connection elements, weld-on sockets are used wherever screw connections for measuring points need to be created quickly, reliably and economically. Along with standard weld-on sockets which is supplied in 1.4301 material, on request other materials such as special steels and alloys can also be used.
