TWK fait un pas de plus vers la 'sécurité dans la technologie des capteurs' et présente, dans la série des capteurs à sécurité fonctionnelle avec le standard d'interface établi CANopen Safety (EN 50325-5), le nouveau modèle de capteur TxSN avec système de détection magnétique. Ce modèle comprend le capteur rotatif multitours TRSN et son petit frère monotour TBSN. Il répondra au niveau SIL3 selon EN ISO 61508 et sera certifié en conséquence. Il est également conforme à ASIL-D selon ISO 26262. Pour certaines applications, le niveau de sécurité SIL2/PLd n'est pas suffisant. C'est le cas par exemple des véhicules autonomes, appelés AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles), qui se déplacent de manière indépendante et qui sont commandés par ordinateur dans l'espace public.
