Our in-house Appointed Persons, Slingers, Banksmen and Crane Supervisors can provide mobile crane solutions, including telescopic mobiles to up 1,000 Tonnes and crawler cranes up to 2,000 Tonnes. Our ALLMI (Association of Lorry Loader Manufacturers and Importers) Certified Drivers are experienced and skilled to self-load and unload freight and machinery. This allow us to safely and efficiently undertake transport, haulage and lifting & positioning tasks without the need for hiring mobile cranes or fork trucks. These cranes are mounted to artic tractor units and front and rear mounted to rigid vehicles which provide the ideal solution when space may be restricted.

From single unit projects to complete breakbulk contracts our Engineering Team provide complete project management & heavy transport logistics for abnormal loads and oversized cargo. The Collett Team will manage your project entirely from initial engineering studies, detailed calculations and specialist reporting through to final delivery. Our in-house qualified Mechanical Engineers are able to propose and produce engineering drawings including geometrical tolerancing to BS8888:2017 standards and working under CDM2015 regulations to BS5975:2018 standards for temporary works. We also follow EN:1990, EN:1991, EN:1992 and EN:1993 and the British National Annex for the design of any bespoke solutions. As part of our service you will be allocated a dedicated Project Manager who will oversee these requirements and co-ordinate the entire project, including full route assessment, specialist reporting and swept path analysis where required, ahead of the movement taking place.
