Underkitchen.it is a social impact start-up that sells deep frozen iconic dishes of international cuisine. Underkitchen solely produces food inside the cooking labs of the Italian chef schools, dishes are cooked by student chefs supervised by Top Italian & international chefs, and go through a strict quality control before being launched on the online market. Our mission is to spread the global gastronomic culture, as we have decided not to focus on Italian cuisine but solely upon dishes and flavors that are the heritage of a distant country, as if it was a journey yet to be told.
