GAT torsion motors are supplied as individual components or as complete torsion system consisting of torsion motor unit, application-specific control electronic s and hydraulic supply. Comprehensive consultation services from concept planning phase to commissioning complement our portfolio. GAT torsion motors consisting of a basic motor and a GAT rotary union are designed for quasi-static, pulsating and dynamic loads. Speed and torque as testing parameters are controlled independently. The torsion test rig with mechanical torsion application allows the energy-efficient testing of components at relatively low investment costs. Using a hydrostatic torsion motor in the test rig creates realistic and consistent testing conditions leading to test results very close to real-life conditions.

Rotoguide: Micro-jet technology with air bearings from ROTOGUIDE stands for ultimate accuracy, load-bearing capacity and robustness. Shafts and bearing parts are machined to ultra-high precision for a positioning accuracy within µm range. ROTOGUIDE units are especially suitable for highly accurate linear and rotational motion under ultra-high vacuum and for all processes with ultimate demands in terms of cleanliness and accuracy

The ROTOKOMBI system allows all rotary union and slip ring types to be combined. The result is a complete rotary transmission system from a single source, with perfectly matched interfaces. ROTOKOMBI systems ensure that an optimally adapted sealing system is available for any medium. For any type of electrical transmission a corresponding system is selected to ensure adequate reliability. Thanks to the modular design, individual components can be replaced, retrofitted or upgraded as necessary. All components are selected and combined to meet your specific demands, without limitations to the number of electrical poles, media or size. Special solutions such as ATEX/IECEx or certifications according to UL/CSA regulations are also available on request.

Our Slip Rings are based on a modular system and are available with contacting and contactless transmission technology. Combined units comprising Rotary Unions are also available and can be realized as compact units. Compliance with specific directives or protection classes as well as certifications in accordance with UL/CSA can be provided on request.
