Vacuum El System is able to produce highly complex 2D shapes with high accuracy and speed by utilising the latest laser cutting technology from Mazak. With integrated machines and CAD software we are able to ensure a quick turnaround from initial design to finished component and optimum material utilisation through dedicated nesting. We provide precision cutting for a variety of materials including Carbon Steels, Stainless Steels, Aluminum and other metals and non-metals, up to 25mm in thickness. We operate two Mazak 4kW Laser cutting machines, with max sheet size 3000 x 1500, with automatic sheet loading and unloading.

Vacuum El System provides CNC punching, forming and tapping of parts with a variety of standard as well as custom tools. We operate an Amada punching centre with a capability of 1800hpm, which allows for a very high throughput, while still maintaining high quality. Maximum sheet size without repositioning is 3000mm x 1500mm and 5000mm x 1500mm with single repositioning. Vacuum El System utilises the latest CNC bending technology from Bystronic for high-precision bending of parts up to 4080mm in length. With automatic laser angle adjustment and CNC crowning compensation, as well as dedicated offline programming software, we are able to quickly and accurately bend complex shapes from a wide range of materials. Vacuum El System works with a large variety of fasteners such as Self Clinching Fasteners, Rivet Bushes, Blind Rivet Nuts, Blind Rivets, Cage Nuts, Weld Studs and Inserts for plastics, ranging from ØM3 to ØM12 with cylindrical or hexagonal shape. Both manual and pneumatic tools are used, allowing fasteners to be easily integrated into the manufacturing process.

Vacuum El System provides a wide range of welding services for mild steel, stainless steel, nickel alloy and aluminum parts. Our extensive expertise ranges from welding of simple metal frames, through complex cabinets, to very complex gas valve and vacuum chamber assemblies. Highly skilled workforce, following recognised International Standards (EN ISO 1011, EN ISO 5817), ensures all assemblies meet design specifications with excellent performance. Our development programs constantly improve the technical, drawing- interpretational, industrial safety and measuring skills of employees, passing on the benefits to the customer. Vacuum El System offers powder coating service for a variety of parts, ranging from small components to large metal cabinets and constructions. Parts are painted according to their application with either epoxy-polyester or polyester powder, utilising the latest technology and equipment from Wagner. Prior to painting all parts go through pre-treatment process to ensure their surface is clean, degreased and phosphated. Strict quality control checks coating thickness, structural integrity, gloss level and visual appearance. Our automated paint booths ensure a fast turnaround and high throughput of powder coated components. Maximum booth capacity is 4100mm x 1600mm x 2500mm and 800kg.

Vacuum El System offers precision CNC turning, milling and 5-axis machining for a large variety of materials and batch sizes, ranging from single prototypes to serial production. Our state of the art vertical machining centres and lathes coupled with an integrated CAM system provide flexibility and allow production of very complex parts with single setup. We ensure high quality output by applying intermittent control during production as well as final control. We currently operate high precision vertical centres and lathes from Mazak with maximum workpiece size of Ø730mm and max height of 1000mm, with tolerance of ± 0,003 mm.

Vacuum El System has extensive experience with electro-mechanical and mechanical assemblies, managing a product from concept to high volume production. Our highly trained ISO-certified assembly staff ensures all products meet their design specification. We are able to source and assemble external components to specification, providing you with fully or semi-finished products. It is possible to pack and label your products, and deliver them to the end user directly. Our experience in the assembly of vacuum pumps and systems, metal cabinets, frames, CNC controllers, electrical cabinets, medical equipment and many more, guarantees that highly complex as well as simple products can be assembled by us with excellent quality.

As a manufacturer of vacuum pumps and vacuum parts Vacuum El System provides a vacuum leak test in clean areas, using the most up-to date equipment and procedures. All welded flanges, fittings and chambers are cleaned carefully and inspected by Helium mass spectrometry in order to meet customer requirements. Our Leak testing equipment is able to achieve 10 ̄ ¹º mbar l/sec. Leak Test Certificates are available on request.
