They can upload up to 8 property photos - including the floorplan and EPC. If it's a featured verified, they can upload up to 20 photos. If you are selling a property, you have to specify whether you are a landlord , estate agent, housing association or house building company. If you are letting a non-shared property, you have to specify whether you are a e landlord, a letting agent, a housing association or home building company. As for share, you have to specify whether you are a live-out landlord, live-in landlord, tenant, letting agent advertising on a landlord's behalf, a host, current tenant or former flatmate.
