The F1000 carton erector is used when a large number of boxes of the same size are to be formed. The erector automatically forms the boxes by taking them from the side magazine and folding the four lower flaps. The settings regarding box size, speed, etc. are all settable via a convenient front panel. Operation can be set automatically or manually. Furthermore, by installing the automatic Start/Stop system equipped with a photocell, placed on the taping base, the F1000 trainer waits for the operator to free the taping base from the box, before proceeding with the formation of another box.
