The horizontal scourer is used before tempering to damage the husk to increase the water absorption of the wheat and it is used after tempering to remove the husk completely. It consists of a steel rotor placed inside a wire drum. The high-speed rotor rubs the wheat onto the rotor, to other wheat grains and the wire drum for the removal of the husk.

The bucket elevator is used for the vertical transportation of grains and powdered materials. This transportation is realized by the means of a belt with buckets. The bucket elevator consists of the top part, bottom part and elevator pipes. It is driven by a directly connected gear motor equipped with an electromagnetic brake. In case of a power failure or any breakdowns, the electromagnetic brake prevents the bucket elevator from rotating backwards and therefore damaging itself or the buckets. At the bottom cover, there is a pulley without drive and a tensioning mechanism. The speed guard installed at the bottom pulley informs the operator when the belt brakes.

The hammer mill is used to shred / crush the products in smaller pieces by the repeated blows of little hammers.

It is used for the transportation of semi products from the roller mills to the plansifters. Produced specifically for each pneumatic line; our pneumatic fans are designed according to the calculated necessary air pressure and air flow. Thanks to rubber vibration dampeners underneath the machine and rubber flanges at the sucktion and disharge pipes, the vibration is prevented from reaching the pneumatic line and the building.

The supersonic filter is used for the separation of air-dust mixtures coming from the aspiration system as well as pneumatic conveying systems. The air-dust mixture enters the machine and the dust remains on the filter bags. These filter bags are shaken out using pressurized air by the diaphragm system and the dust is collected at the bottom of the filter. For the removal of the dust collected at the bottom of the machine, a sweeper can be used as well as a conical bottom with a rotoflow.
