1. Design your pattern with applied shrinkage. 2. Design your mould for injection of plastics or metals. 3. Translating your 2D drawing to 3D CAD data. 4. 3D scanning of any industrial part or your pattern to obtain CAD data. 5. Comparing your 3D pattern CAD data to the 3D scanned pattern point cloud for dimensional control by specialized software and techniques. 6. Design a casting process including gating system, risers and post treatment. 7. Providing you with an accurate and optimized casting simulation by specialized software. 8.
