Today, Pilana Metal s.r.o., is a leading and quality Sawing tools manufacturer from Czech Republic, manufacturing a whole range of Sawing products starting from Band Saw Blades (manufacturing in M42 and M52 grades) and Hack saw Blades (All HSS hacksaw blades, Bimetal hand hack saw blades). It is located in Czech Republic and has state of art manufacturing facility, equipped with most modern machines. It has latest manufacturing technology, gives an excellent background to the development of Bimetal Band-Saw Blade with high speed steel which contains tungsten, molybdenum, chrome, cobalt and vanadium. We hereby offer different types of Bimetal M-42 grade Blades, M51 Grade blades for metal cutting. Pilana Metal has installed a heat treating unit for inline hardening. This new equipment speeds up production and ensures the high and consistent quality. It also eliminates the need for mechanical straightening process. Pilana Metal cutting blades are suitable for cutting difficult materials such as stainless steel, monel, Nickel, inconel, titanium and all types of alloy steels, ferrous & non ferrous materials. Our product line has also blades for Aluminum. Today, Pilana metal cutting blades and hack saw blades are being supplied around the globe.

Our company was established in 1991 year as Koramex - join stock company. The main products are the switchboard boxes for railway wagons, locomotives, trams, trolley buses, as well as special boxes for power, including nuclear. We are using sheet metal working, bendinf and welding. We also supply the finished product for e.g.: - frames for filling glass fibers, agricultural machinery parts and components for locomotives, trams, metro wagons etc.. Equipments for technological operations : Cutting CNC machine, Laser CNC TRUMPF machine (2x), CNC pressbrakes (4x), CNC saw machine, CNC machining Center (5-axis), CNC punching, press machine, welders, spot welder machine, own powder coating and wet painting. Koramex a.s. currently employs 210 workers.
