"Pera Plastic" is considered as one of the leading manufacturers of industrial packaging made of polypropylene fabric. The company was founded in 1996.Our products are manufactured at 4 plants located in Baku (Azerbaijan), New factory in Tbilisi (Georgia) with EUR 1 certificate of origin and Atyrau (Kazakhstan) with total capacity of about 3 000 000 open sacks, 3 000 000 valve sacks and 300 000 4loops and 1 or 2 loop big-bags (FIBCs) per month. As additional information I would like to inform about our technology and machinery which are from (STARLINGER Austria, BSW and Windmoller&Holshcer Austria -Germany) , blow film three layer co extrusion (Macchi Italy, Windmoller Holscher Germany) PE film bag making equipments for FIBCS-U LINER AND BOTTLE SHAPE LINER (GUNTER from Germany) sewing yarn making equipments (SML extrusion Austria, Barmag Germany), sewing machines(NLI , JUKI Japan, ORSAN Turkey , UNION SPECIAL USA), coating lines( BSW and STARLINGER both from Austria), ad*star block bottom open top or top with valve bags(AD STARKON AND CONVERTEX STARLINGER and WINDMOLLER HOLSCHER ) . Delivery term is 40 days with production after getting order. Since starting in 1992 SPUR has been producing different types of plastic products. Production is based on own research and development activities, which follow market demand and also interest in new characteristics of plastics. At present SPUR a.s. has approx. 240 employees. The turnover in 2017 reached approx. 950 mil Czk. More than 50% of production is exported abroad. The production programme is devided into the following basic groups : Plastic pipelines, sheets and profiles produced by extrusion of polymers - for building, consumer, furniture, packaging industry etc. Tubes from high density polyethylene (PE-HD) for mechanical protection of optical and also metalic cables.
