We process wild land snails that are collected in West, East and Middle Black Sea Region of Turkey, at our EU licenced factory and export it to primarily France, Italy and other EU countries markets as intermediate and final product. The wild land snails are collected from nature and brought to our factory by our suppliers and retailers. With sterilized and careful production schedule, we produce the wild land snails as meats and shells. After boiling and calibration progress, snail meats are deep freezed in our shock cooling rooms than products are transferred to our cold storage rooms. Shells are sterilized with special manufacture process.
