CFE provides advice and proposes solutions for sales of pumping equipment for charged, viscous, abrasive, corrosive, sensitive, pasty, hazardous fluids … The aim is to optimise overall costs and pumping functions taking into account various parameters: purchasing costs, production stoppage costs, maintenance costs, energy costs. By respecting standards and rules in force (ISO, ATEX, CE, FDA, EHEDG, USDA…). CFE supports you in your study, NPSH calculations, pipe dimensioning (suction or discharge) by calculating charge losses taking into account physico-chemical and rheological characteristics (Newtonian, Rheofluidifier, Thixotrope…). To avoid this type of problems: water hammer, cavitation, thermal expansion, pulsation, scissoring of products. ZBKiT LLC sells the following: •Single-plunger pumping units PT 1.1 with a capacity of up to 8 m³/h and pressure up to 40 MPa. •Three-plunger pumping units PT 1.3 and PT 2.3 in compliance with API-674 (3rd edition), with a capacity of 0.2-60 m³/h and pressure up to 80 MPa. •Five-plunger hydraulic pumps for various liquids, including chemically active ones, with temperatures from -15 to +450°C; pumps for viscous liquids with a maximum kinematic viscosity of 8 cm/s that may contain up to 0.2% by weight of non-abrasive solid particles max 0.2 mm in size. •Modular design components for pumping units. •A unique patented multi-purpose vehicle APM 3-2/40-1.38/100-100 to fight fires, locate emissions, protect against thermal radiation, clean surfaces from contaminants, eliminate icing, create mist curtains, and perform disinfection (against Covid-19 as well). All the produced pumps come with the necessary permits, QA and conformity certificates according to Technical Regulations of Customs Union (TRCU) 010, TRCU 012, API, and ISO. The materials for the hydraulic system and configuration of the units are selected to meet the customer's requirements and are defined to guarantee trouble-free operation during their entire service life. The program of exporting products is one of the plant's priorities.
