GENMAK is a family company specialising in manufactoring furniture parts and interior components in Lithuania since 1997. We offer a big variety of cabinet doors, made of MDF or veneered MDF spray painted or varnished with mat, semi-gloss or gloss finish. Also our range of services includes the fabrication of furniture parts by customer's drawings and spray-painting of various furniture or interior elements subcontracted to us. Our worskhop works in direct cooperation with our customer. There is no minimum orders requirement. We have a number of painting bars, in which, depending on needs, we do the works with a painting machine or by manual spraying techniques, so accept the big and small orders. Our company was established in 1991 year as Koramex - join stock company. The main products are the switchboard boxes for railway wagons, locomotives, trams, trolley buses, as well as special boxes for power, including nuclear. We are using sheet metal working, bendinf and welding. We also supply the finished product for e.g.: - frames for filling glass fibers, agricultural machinery parts and components for locomotives, trams, metro wagons etc.. Equipments for technological operations : Cutting CNC machine, Laser CNC TRUMPF machine (2x), CNC pressbrakes (4x), CNC saw machine, CNC machining Center (5-axis), CNC punching, press machine, welders, spot welder machine, own powder coating and wet painting. Koramex a.s. currently employs 210 workers.
