ILES & DELICES offers delicious tropical verbena-laced mini madeleines, with naturally lemony hints. The Robinson guava is a rich cake from Martinique. It consists of shortcrust pastry, Martinican guava jam and a Caribbean spiced sponge. ILES & DELICES also offers the coconut, banana and guava Tourment from the Les Saintes islands of the Guadeloupe archipelago. Our sweet, guava jam jellies are small (2 mouthfuls) and very rich.
