AMF is able to design prototypes, produce small and medium series and even create mechanically welded parts. A.M.F is an expert in milling and turning for sectors, such as the nuclear industry, aeronautics, space, weaponry, railways, petrochemicals, food processing, medical and hydraulics. Our production means include machining centres, turning centres, numerically controlled lathes, milling machines, recharging equipment, a passivation unit, a stress relieving treatment kiln, a magnetic particle bench and over 800 control devices. Since 1960, the company JACQUEMOUX Décolletage has specialized in machining small to very long runs of bar-turned parts on traditional single-spindle, multi-spindle and numerically-controlled lathes. We machine all types of metals: steel, stainless steel, copper alloys, aluminium, titanium, plastic… in bar diameters from 3 to 65 mm and billets up to 150 mm on NC lathes.
