The company was part of the launch of the Peugeot 106 Electric vehicle, equipped with a DC motor and separate shunt excitation. This technology provided the advantage of maximum motor torque even at very low speeds. This is the largest ever experiment to develop a fleet of self-service electric vehicles in Europe.
