Our company was founded at the Ahaus site in western Germany in 2016. On a site which measures approx. 1500 m2, we manufacture high quality plastic components of up to 3000 mm in length using state-of-the-art machining centres driven by 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machinery. As a specialised contract manufacturer, we are able to meet virtually all of our customers' requests. The focus of our services is on milling or machining plastics up to a length of 3000 mm. Among other products, we manufacture clamping systems, profiles, guides and slide rails from abrasion-resistant plastics. We can manufacture products as individual or serial parts, according to your wishes. We primarily process polyethylene in the HMW (PE500) and UHMW (PE1000) qualities, polyamide (PA) and polyoxymethylene (POM), among many others. Precise craftsmanship, experience and expertise form the basis of our high-quality production.
BESAPLAST® KUNSTSTOFFE GMBH

At BESAPLAST you will find a comprehensive range of joint tapes for structural waterproofing in concrete construction, in particular construction joint tapes and expansion joint tapes as well as joint sealing tapes and products with clamping technology. These are all available in the proven Besaflex material qualities (joint tapes made of PVC), Nitriflex (joint tapes according to DIN 18541) and Elastoflex (joint tapes according to DIN 7865), as well as in special qualities, suitable for every application. We also manufacture moulded parts and connection systems from these joint tapes. Technical profiles according to customer specifications and scanner rails for shop fitting are another focal point. Thanks to almost 60 years of experience in the field of profiles, we are not only able to provide this high standard, but are also in a position to use our expertise and innovation to realise new ideas for profiles. We no longer stock window transoms with white lips and black adhesive strip as standard. These combinations are manufactured as required in a special production process with corresponding delivery times. Due to the fact that the profile systems tend to use the colour RAL 9016 Traffic white, the colours RAL 9010 Pure white and RAL 9003 Signal white have become special colours that we no longer stock on site. However, we can of course still produce these colours according to customers' wishes. We produce our standard profiles using only newly produced hard and soft PVC materials (we do not use recycling-grade materials).
