If customers request, Bechtle Remarketing coordinates logistics processes, recalls of old devices and, together with other Bechtle units, rollouts of new equipment. Devices that are still in good working order receive a "second life" by being used again, either by being sold or rented. In the last reporting year, 123, 529 devices were able to be put back into useful service, just through the sale of used IT hardware. The processes are also checked as part of internal and external audits in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001. Environmental standards within the company are checked and adapted where necessary.
