Zalewa Tec primarily produces sand castings and sand cores for foundries using 3D printing. A binder jetting process is used, which means that no support structures are required. We derive the necessary printing data from your technical drawings or CAD data. Needless to say, we can also print data sets you have created yourself and create a digital version of your original component. In addition, we can also reproduce spare parts made from steel, iron, aluminium, magnesium, copper, zinc, tin, nickel and cobalt alloys, as well as manufacturing your pre-series and managing your projects until they are ready for series production. Moreover, we can print foundry and thermoforming models made of sand and continue processing them such that small series can be produced. This was followed 74 years later by the company VEB Maschinenfabrik und Eisengießerei Wurzen, which was transferred to the ownership of Esterer AG in 1991 and has been trading under the name "Esterer Gießerei Werk Wurzen GmbH" ever since. Together with its sister company in Altötting, Esterer Gießerei GmbH, the Wurzen-based foundry was acquired by Holding Topol GmbH in 2008. Together with Esterer Gießerei Altötting, our company is now one of the leading system suppliers in Europe. Our core areas are the manufacture of geometrically complex and core-intensive products. Our patented casting resin system, ALWA MOULD D, is the fastest curing casting resin system in the world. It is very easy to process and does not need to be post-tempered. Our easy to use system has a pot life of only 20 minutes! Deep drawing can take place immediately after demoulding. From 1 to 2500 kg, everything from large bathtubs to small chocolate moulds can be cast. Commercial vehicle manufacturer Aixam has been successfully working with our system for years. With our innovative ALWA POR porous plates, the time-consuming drilling of vacuum holes is no longer necessary. They impress with high stability, compressive strength and a permanent temperature resistance of over 190 °C. ALWA POR is suitable for vacuum deep drawing and forming processes as well as aeration for aquariums, fish ponds and sewage treatment plants, ventilation of injection and blow moulds, all processes with hot air and steam, vacuum clamping technology, filter applications, air film sliding technology, foundry, etc.

In addition to direct spare parts for blast wheel turbines, our range of goods includes virtually all wear parts that are needed in blasting machines. Blast hangers made from manganese steel and other load suspension equipment for goods to be blasted are subject to extreme wear due to the continuous impact of the abrasives, which sometimes restricts their service life to just a few weeks or months. It is therefore obvious that these products must be made from highly wear-resistant manganese steel. Manganese steel blast hangers have a service life up to 20 times longer than hangers made of traditional steel. This enables much more efficient resource planning.
