For years, SITEC systems for the automotive industry have been used to fully automatically assemble and laser process high-pressure pumps, water pumps, oil pumps, shift forks, steering systems, camshaft adjusters, stators/inverters, piston rods and components for battery systems and fuel cells such as cell connectors, battery terminals or bipolar plates. In the field of medical technology, industry-compliant systems for the assembly and, in particular, laser micromachining of membranes, implants and surgical instruments are developed and built. In parallel to mechanical and plant engineering we have been producing assemblies and components for customers in the automotive industry in certified quality according to IATF 16949 for many years. Synergy effects result from our technological competence and tailor-made mechanical and plant engineering.

Our company was founded on September 1st, 1889 as Koeppel & Obermeier i.V. in Plauen. The purpose of the company at that time was already the production of special machines in the field of thermal power plants and textile production. We export our systems all over the world and our customers include well-known corporations such as Bayer, the nutritional supplement manufacturer Orthomol and large cosmetics manufacturers such as Dr. Theiss Naturwaren and LR Beauty&Cosmetics. Our activities focus on pharmacy, food and cosmetics. We are in Plauen, in the middle of the new city recreation area “Elsteraue”, and can be reached by public transport and of course we also have our own parking facilities.

HEUER Metallwaren GmbH is a reprivatised, medium-sized company based in Großröhrsdorf (Saxony), Germany. Our team of 50 specialised and long-standing employees are committed to providing solutions with a special touch of Saxon innovation, proving that nothing is impossible. Großröhrsdorf is conveniently located on the A4 motorway, 25 km east of the Saxon capital of Dresden. Our production facilities are geared towards the production of small metal parts. We mainly process strip stock in a wide variety of alloys. Our in-house CAD design office, together with our tool manufacturing department, allows us to quickly respond to customer requests. Our tool manufacturing department can provide all the necessary machine tools. Eccentric presses and automatic punching machines of up to 1600 kN are available for punching applications. The manufactured punched parts are washed/degreased or finished by means of vibration to achieve the final surface quality. Our assembly shop utilises toggle and eccentric presses as well as riveting and welding machines. We also have manual assembly workspaces. Other methods, for example tempering, galvanising or laser machining, are made possible through cooperation with authorised partners.
