We are an innovative service provider and manufacturer in the compression moulding of glass-fibre reinforced plastics. We supply a range of sectors, manufacturing not only vehicle parts but also underbody panelling, battery carriers and coupling keys for firefighting technology, as well as rudders for small boats. Our range of services includes designing, testing and optimising existing 3D data, as well as project management and manufacturing your products. The main areas of focus of our manufacturing are our presses with a pressing force of between 35 kN and 25, 000 kN, infrared and convection oven technology with heating surfaces up to 2.20 m x 3.40 m, our CNC machining with a 3D machining area of 2.45 m x 2.00 m x 0.6 m, and our measuring systems for optical component measurement. We support well-established large-series manufacturers in the automotive industry with our machinery as a contingency strategy, act as an "extended workbench" and provide not only our presses but also material and equipment manufacturers to carry out processing trials.

The Rent A Press (RAP) Concierge Service model is designed to offer a single price for products. The benefit is that the price published includes shipping using Ground services. A single, one-time fee covers basic shipping for an entire 12 months. No matter how many times you order, no matter the size of the order. Cost estimation for resellers is now simplified as a third step for calculating shipping is not necessary. A one-time fee of $500 USD GBP provides a 12-month period of the ‘shipping included’ pricing (see SHIPPING OPTIONS). Cancellations during the 12-month term will be refunded on a pro-rated basis, calculated on the number of months remaining after the month of cancellation. How does shipping work in the Concierge Service model? Ground service shipping is the service level included in the published price. Expedited shipping is available, and the pricing is set at the time of placing the order. Expedited shipping is not included in the published price and will be added, if selected, and shown prior to payment. Expedited shipping is any service listed that is not Ground shipping service. For products ordered through our international websites, free shipping is available to member countries of the European Union (EU).
